How you support work life balance, do you offer home office?
We offer 50% remote work, flexible schedule outside of our core hours between 10:00 and 15:00, and annually 20 days of remote work from abroad - within selected EU countries. Flexibility is integral part of our culture at Commerzbank and a long-term setup.
Do you offer part-time or alternative work schedules?
Even though we prefer full-time employment, we are open to flexible arrangements. For example 80% model with Fridays off. We are happy to discuss options that best match your individual needs.
